Second Week In MIB
Last week was my second week study in MIB. I had do the French Country Bread, French Bagutte, Wholemeal Bread, Butter Cake and High Ratio Butter Cake during the pratical lesson. I had a lot of things to prepare. I needed to prepare my presentation information, and I did revison on Hygiene and Food Safety subject. This was because the lecturer, Mr. Ravi Ayakannu said that he might be test on our class if his question had prepared. Besides, I also did revision on Principles and Practices of Management subject because this week the lecturer, Mr. S. Thiagarajah will ask our class to explain the Organisation Principle.
